Summary
For my senior project at K-State, we partnered with Conoco Phillips to develop a data visual analytics Dashboard for their drill site inventory management. On my team, I embedded this data visualization into the inventory management system.

The Problem
Conoco Phillips drill sites needed to keep up efficiently with part replacement and maintenance. Their inventory of parts was stored in warehouses. These warehouses have part records in combination with the costs of vendors, total orders made, and the inventory value. Drill sites needed to be able to analyze these KPIs to become more proactive in replacing parts.
Key Drivers & Deliverables
They were given a live dashboard that was fully updated and functional and met their unique requirements. Through this dashboard, the drill sites can use that data to better predict and estimate parts they need to order, or have delivered proactively.
